Japan Itinerary
Day One
5:30AM – Wake up, get ready, eat breakfast, etc.
6:28AM – Take train to Sendai. {Shinkansen Hayate 11}
8:11AM – Arrive in Sendai. Buy bento at train station. [Amiyaki-gyutan bento: 1,000 yen]
8:21AM – Depart Sendai. {JR Senseki Line}
9:44AM – Arrive in Ishinomaki.
10:00AM – Take bus (10 minutes) to Ajishima line (ferry). [Round trip bus fare: 320 yen]
10:30AM – Take ferry to Tashirojima (40 minutes). [Round trip fee: 2,400 yen]
11:10AM – Arrive. Eat bento. Walk around.
12:00PM – Rent bike to use to explore. [Rental fee: 200 yen/4 hours] Visit the cat shrine, speak to locals, play with the cats, maybe (if possible) try out some regional cuisine from locals.
4:00PM – Return bike.
4:20PM – Take ferry back to Ishinomaki.
5:00PM – Arrive. Take bus.
5:19PM – Board train to Sendai. {JR Senseki Line}
6:42PM – Arrive.
6:50PM – Check into hotel. [Toyoko Inn nightly rate: 5,480 yen]
7:30PM – Go back to station for dinner. Eat at Dategyu. [Grilled beef tongue meal: 1,520 yen]
8:00PM – Do some light reading, watch some tv.
11:00PM – Go to bed.
Day Two
8:00AM – Wake up, get ready.
10:00AM – Check out.
10:05AM – Return to Sendai station and purchase an all-day Loople bus pass. [Cost: 600 yen]
10:10AM – Eat brunch at Dategyu. [Lunch special: 840 yen]
10:30AM – Visit Book-Off on Aoba Dori just outside the station. [Possible costs: 2,000 yen]
11:30AM – Board the bus at the stop in front of the station.
11:35AM – Get off at Ichibancho, the shopping street. Visit Toranoana, Gees and the Daiso. [Possible costs: 8,000 yen]
2:05PM – Get back on the Loople.
2:19PM – Get off at the Sendai Museum. Free admissions. Explore.
3:04PM – Back on the bus.
3:09PM – Get off at the Tohoku University Botanical Gardens. [Admissions: 220 yen]
3:39PM – On bus back to Sendai station.
4:10PM – Arrive.
4:26PM – Board train to Tokyo. {Shinkansen Hayate 30}
6:08PM – Arrive.
6:19PM – Board train to Yokohama. {JR Tokaido Line}
6:48PM – Arrive.
6:53PM – Board train to Ishikawacho. {JR Keihin-Tohoku Negishi Line}
6:59PM – Arrive.
7:10PM – Check in. [A Silk Tree Hostel nightly rate: 3,000 yen]
7:30PM – Head over to Yokohama Stadium for dinner.
7:40PM – Eat at Shrimp and Oyster Bar. [Dinner: 3,500 yen]
8:00PM – Do misc. things (i.e: read, watch tv, settle in for the night)
11:00PM – Sleep.
Day Three
8:00AM – Wake up, get ready.
10:00AM – Check out. Walk over to Yokohama Stadium (10 minutes).
10:10AM – Eat brunch. [Yakitori lunch: 650 yen]
10:30AM – Head over to the Yokohama Chinatown. Explore. Try different foods and snacks. [Possible costs: 2,500 yen]
12:00PM – Head to Ishikawacho station.
12:24PM – Board train to Higashikanagawa. {JR Keihin-Tohoku Negishi Line}
12:35PM – Transfer to the JR Yokohama Line.
12:48PM – Arrive at Shin-Yokohama. Head to the Ramen Museum. [Admission: 300 yen]
3:10PM – Take the Yokohama City Blueline Subway to Yokohama.
3:21PM – Transfer to the local Keikyu line.
3:43PM – Arrive at Namamugi. From there, walk to the Kirin Beer Village.
5:00PM – Eat dinner at a ramen restaurant by the subway. [Cost: 800 yen]
5:30PM – Head back to the hostel.
5:55PM – At the hotel, prepare for trip back to Tokyo. Misc. things.
11:00PM – Go to sleep.
--SUMMARY
私は来年旅行する。初めて日本に行く。すっごく楽しみしている。まず、たしろじまに行くつもり。私はねこが大好きだから、たしろじまに行きたかった。たしろじまは小さいなしまだ。そして、そこに住んでいる人はみんなおばあちゃんとおじいちゃんだ。その後仙台に行って「とよこ」というホテルにとまる。次の日には仙台で観光するつもり。仙台では楽しいことが多い。ループルのパスを買って観光する。そうするのが一番安いよ。^^そして、買い物する。ブックオフに行ってマンガを買ったりとらのあなでどうじんしを買ったりする。東北大学にも行く。おもしろそうだから。その日ホステルにとまる。すっごく安いよ。一泊3000円だけ!え。。と、それから よこはまに行く。よこはまでおもしろいことがたくさんある。たとえば、キリンビールビラジがある。そこでツアーができる。ツアーの後、無料ビールが飲める。おかしももらえる。
とにかく、早く行きたい。待ちたくないよ!でもしょうがないね~
